How best to use this site

Take a Moment for Yourself

Healing is a journey, not a race to be rushed. Give yourself permission to take regular breaks, stretch, have a drink of water, step outside, or simply pause and breathe. Work through these wellness tools at your own pace to allow deeper reflection and a more meaningful experience.

Bookmark Your Page and Come Back Often

We encourage you to bookmark this website in your browser so you can easily return whenever you’re ready. You don’t need to complete everything in one sitting. Come back often and continue your healing journey a little at a time.

If possible, choose a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe, calm, and free from distractions. Create an environment that supports relaxation and allows you to focus on yourself. Take frequent breaks whenever you need them. Remember there is no right or wrong pace.
